I found this on an image search page and could not resist posting it. Those of you who live by me will get a great chuckle as it has rained every kind of rain for days now.

Halloween TREE!
This is such a cute idea we did out of Necessity. As a young couple in a small apartment with NO storage, we needed to come up with creative ways to "store things"! We decided to have a HOLIDAY tree and keep the Christmas tree up all year. We decorated it for every Holiday and even for special occasions like our Anniversary and Birthdays. To do the Halloween tree we used Halloween tinsel and for the ornaments we used Halloween treat cups. (I got mine at the Dollar tree I think there is 6-8 in a pack) We topped our tree with a witch my daughter made at school, and decorated under the tree with pumpkins! We now live in a house with plenty of storage but still do the Holiday tree. It is one of our favorite family traditions!
Finances Pack
Finally another pack for our planner. This is the Bill tracker and keeper pages. Print and add them to the family home evening pack. After all the pages of our planner are up I will post how to assemble it!

31 days of Halloween
October is my Favorite month of the whole year. I love the cool air and the changing colors. I love walking through the leaves and hear the sound they make as I kick along. I'm also a Halloween baby. I think Halloween is the most fun! I will be posting a craft, game or other idea every day this month for the holiday! I hope it is as much fun for you as it is for me.
Our first day of Halloween is going to be really simple.
I found these really cute ghost shaped tins at Dollar tree.
I made a cake mix and poured it into my tins.
Baking it as directed on the box.
When the cakes were done we pulled them out and let them cool.
Next we frosted them with White frosting Yummmm!
Then used decorating gel to make the eyes and mouth.
These are the ones my daughter made.
Conference Bingo
Here is a Conference Bingo game! My kids love to play bingo during conference. I find that it keeps them listening for those special word, even if they don't understand what is being said.
As for my older kids it has helped them to remain focused on the talk and not let their minds wonder.
My husband and I "play" so that we can check to make sure they marked the right boxes and to help the younger kids!
(It has also helped to keep my husband awake. He suffers from the Priesthood nods!)
We change cards every session just to keep things fair. I am so looking forward to Conference this weekend.
